  • Kevin’s Biography

    Kevin Delgado’s focus is primarily on commercial and insurance litigation. Kevin is a Brownsville native, a United States Air Force veteran, and a Baylor Law School graduate.

    While at Baylor Law, Kevin served as the President of the Military & Veterans Legal Society. Additionally, Kevin represented juveniles in detention hearings at the 74th District Court in McLennan County under Baylor Law's Trial Advocacy Clinic. Kevin also participated in Baylor Law's Estate Planning Clinic and drafted wills for veterans and first responders.

    Before law school, Kevin served as a Security Forces member in the United States Air Force. He spent four years overseas, including assignments to South Korea, the United Kingdom, and a deployment to Niger, Africa. While serving in the military, Kevin also attended the University of Maryland Global Campus, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Homeland Security. After serving for more than four years, Kevin chose to separate from the military to pursue a career as an attorney and be closer to his family in Brownsville.

    After graduating from Baylor Law, Kevin joined Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez LLP, where he uses the discipline and tenacity forged during his time in the military to serve clients in commercial and insurance litigation matters.
