KIRBY CAVIN has been a member of the transactional section of Atlas & Hall, L.L.P., since August, 1976 after graduation from The University of Texas School of Law. Kirby’s representative clients at Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez include real estate developers, shopping centers, beer distributors and contractors. Kirby is a member of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas and a Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation.
Kirby is a native Texan, having been born in Wichita Falls, on August 27, 1952. He completed his undergraduate work in three years at The University of Texas at Austin with high honors (Bachelor of Arts in Economics) and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. During law school, he was an associate editor of the Texas Law Review from 1975 to 1976. Kirby is proud that his wife and two daughters have also graduated from The University of Texas at Austin.
He serves as an officer and director for the South Texas Academic Rising Scholars (STARS), a non-profit organization that has raised and distributed several million dollars in scholarships for local students.
