  • Bennett’s Biography

    Bennett Hampilos is an associate attorney at Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez, joining the firm in January 2024. Clients of all sizes trust Bennett to handle their business disputes in both state and federal court and at all stages of litigation. Prior to joining Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez, Bennett was a litigator at a Band 1 commercial litigation boutique in Dallas, Texas.

    Bennett graduated from New York University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and History. He received his Juris Doctor from Cornell Law School in 2019. At Cornell, Bennett was the Executive Editor of the Cornell Journal of Law and Public Policy, President of the Cornell Law School Federalist Society, and Academic Chair of the Cornell Latino American Law Students Association. Upon graduating, Bennett clerked on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia for the Honorable Royce C. Lamberth.

    A member of the McAllen Wind Ensemble, Bennett is an accomplished musician who enjoys playing clarinet, saxophone, and piano in his free time.
