  • Eduardo’s Biography

    Eduardo Roberto Rodriguez joined Atlas, Hall & Rodriguez, LLP in April, 2012. He has a long and distinguished career as a trial lawyer.

    He has advised his clients and tried cases on their behalf for more than fifty years. He has represented Fortune 100 companies and local and regional clients with distinction and zeal.

    After graduating from The University of Texas Law School in 1968, Eduardo Roberto Rodriguez began his career as an associate at the firm of Hardy & Sharp, shortly thereafter becoming a partner in that firm. He subsequently helped develop the law firm of Rodriguez, Colvin, Chaney & Saenz, L.L.P through his leadership as their senior partner.

    In addition to being a fine trial lawyer, Mr. Rodriguez dedicates his time and talent to numerous professional organizations and causes about which he feels strongly. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Rodriguez served as the President of the State Bar of Texas. He is a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers, The International Association of Defense Counsel, and other distinguished legal organizations. In 2007, Mr. Rodriguez was recognized with the Good Apple Award by the Texas Appleseed Foundation for his efforts in the areas of social and economic justice. In 2017, Mr. Rodriguez received the Professionalism Award for the Fifth Circuit, presented by the American Inns of Court at United States Supreme Court. In 2019, Mr. Rodriguez was named an Outstanding Alumnus to the University of Texas.
