Reynaldo Elizondo joined the firm in January of 2024 as an associate in the transactional section. He graduated from the Dwight Look College of Engineering at Texas A&M University in 2013 with a B.S. in Industrial Distribution. Prior to becoming a lawyer, Reynaldo worked in the wholesale electrical field where he familiarized himself with various contractual documents, plans, and specifications from small to large scale commercial projects.
Reynaldo was born and raised in Brownsville, Texas and is a third-generation lawyer. He is the grandson of Judge Reynaldo G. Garza, the first Mexican-American federal judge in United States history. Reynaldo received his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in December 2023 and is licensed to practice in Texas. At St. Mary’s, Reynaldo was on the Dean’s List, received the Dean’s Scholarship and was awarded the Law Ministry & Law Alumni award as well as the St. Thomas More Student Leadership Award.
Reynaldo focuses his practice primarily on the areas of real estate transactions and business matters, including entity formation, intellectual property rights and business and asset acquisitions. Reynaldo is an active member of the community and serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of McAllen. He is a member of the Hidalgo County Bar Association, the Cameron County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
